Mason Quinn (col'd) vs Skinner Boone

Complains that he worked for Mr Boone last year - was driven off just before the close of the year and not paid. 
Summons sent to Mr. Boone to appear on Friday Nov 15th 1867. Deft. not appearing - case left open till I hear from Mr. B.
