Complaint about rent due to the amount of ($5.00) $28 00/100 due John from Jany therefore I will see that that the rent is payed as soon as County pays John $28 00/100

Complaint that he refuses to pay him a debt of $12.00 due May 3rd 1868 for building a house. Summoned party to appear for settlement  May 11th 1868.

6 John Harris Cold vs. Adam Ross Cold   May 9th/68
Complaint that he is injust & owes Harris $32.50. Ross has a colt [[?loon]] worth about the said amount. Harris being afraid that he will be sent to penitentiary  wants to take the colt. Therefore ordered him to take as his own said colt & keep untill he can out of jail or the case was otherwise settled
