Jr Complaint that Miller when Constable about 2 years ago was given some papers to Collect a debt of $10.00, which he did, but never turned that money over, but its stead, bouth a suitt of summer Clothing Summon parties Case investigated & Miller pays the money Satisfied 4. L. Kellog Cold vs E.B. Mitchell Complaint of assault & with intent to kill. Affidavit made out, & warrant issued for his arrest, but failed to Cappture E.B..M. he having left the County I think, 5. Alford Baker Cold vs. J.F. Dammeron Complaint for wages for 1867 for his wife at the rate of $8,00 per month for 13 month. Dammeron being about but making a crop in Wilkinson Co. debt will be Collected in the following fall 96 6 P.P. Bergevin vs Mr Gildart Complaint about getting drunk & Committing a breach of the peace as well as using profane language made affidavit, arrest made pleads guilty. found $5,00 & costs 7. J.M. Butterworth vs William Frankling Complaint that he his keeping a bordy house & that unless removed the balance of tenants must move. Sommoned parties to appear. Case investigated & found not guilty. but found Butterworth in debt to Frankling Case dismissed & ordered Frankling to remain 8 Jessie Leo Col vs Bobb Grover, James Hinson Lou Williams Complaint about having been beaten by the whole party charging him of having Stolen one fish hook; Case turned over to civil authourity affidavit made oute, warrant issued awaiting trial 9 Elijah Wood Cold vs Rueben McNeal Complaint about having been driven away from the place. Wrote to McNeal & ordered Woods to reamain untill such time a Settlement is made, or that he be allowed to remain the balance of the year Concludes to do the latter Closed
