Nov 5 1868 12 Ellen Finley Cold vs William Finley Cold Complains that her husband William his continually beating her on account of his relations. She leaves him and comes to Town 4 miles to live. wanted to make an affidavit against him to give her $25.00 and let her stop in Town untill such time the difficultly can be arranged between them
