59  Pleasant Miles Cold vs Henry Clampit
Miles complains that Clampet got him to bring to the gun Smith a gun to be repaired and that it cost for repairs his $6.00 and Clampit refuses to pay. therefore the Smith holds the Freedman Miles responsible. Summoned Clampit to my office asked him to pay said cost of repairs. I therefore told mils to pay $6.00 and take the gun home and keep it Gun is worth about $23.00 Clampit Seeing he was about t loose his gun concludes to pay the six dollars.

60  Floaday Ford vs Jake Smith Cold
Smith claims that Mr Ford his compelled after having gathered his crops and that there is nothing further to do to feed him has he has been doing during the Summer and hire Smith work when he chooses Case was decided that he was working for some one else he must feed him self and when he worked for Mr Ford Mr Ford must furnish him

Complains that he refuses to comply with the contract the balance of the year Summoned party Mrs Marshall correct ordered Freedman to comply with Contract

3 Foster Pool Cold vs Nancey Partier
Complains that Mrs P sued him for the amount of $21.00 from the year 1866 Summoned parties account investigated & found that Mrs P had overpaid Pool to the amount above mentioned. Pool gives and order on his employer for the amount which is good

4 Peter Martin Cold vs Sya Brown Cold
Complains about a debt due six month given to the amount of $10.00 for a fiddle sold Summoned parties Complain correct gives an order on his emplyer which is satisfactory
