Complains of having stolen one hog and killing the same Summoned parties cant make no settlement case turned over to  Civil Authorities

27  Morgan Morris Cold vs N.N. Brown
Complains about Mr Brown refusing to settle for 1867 the amount of $100.00 Summoned parties to appear, makes a Settlement by giving corn to the amount of 150 bushels.

Complains that they refuse to settle with him for medical attendance to the amount of $13.00 5.00 and $4.00 Summoned parties after a short conversation they agreed to pay in full

34  Robert Leatherman vs Joe Porter Cold
Complains that Joe refuses to settle for the rent of his land rente from Leatherman. one bail of cotton having just been brought in by Joe I garnish the same and summoned parties Case settled and Joe pays for the rent according to Contract

35 Willy Sims vs Mrs P. Sims
Complains that the cotton was all divided and that Mrs Sims received her portion, that the Freedmen has eight (8) [[strikethrough]] three  [[/strikethrough]] bales on the place and are indebted to Mrs Sims about $250.00 and that she will not allow them to shipp any auction [[?]] I ordered her to let them have 4 bales in order to settle which was done
