Respectfully referred to the Asst Com'r with information that the industrial School within referred to is under the management of the Am Miss Association.
It provides work for destitute and deserving women who receive for every garment they make according to the time and labor of making. a small quantity of cloth which under the supervision of the manager is made into garments for herself or children
School children are especially provided for, and girls of suitable age attending school receive weekly instruction in sewing.
