As no information can be obtained relative to the children Andrew & Hewlett at Freedmen's Village, and in the absence of any definite information as to their present place of residence it is not deemed advisable to grant the transportation asked for especially as Delilah, the mother might become a charge for the government while prosecuting her search for them.
