These claimants live nearly twenty miles from Charlottesville, and Mr. Yancy, a magistrate in the neighborhood was requested to investigate the matter.  Attention is respectfully invited to his report within.  In a letter to Mr. Yancy says "From all I can learn from these persons I incline to believe that Messrs Harvey and Williams have a correct account of the work, the extra work, and all.
