Respectfully returned, the expression "Amys children doubtless contracted &c. involved the whole question, If the children have premises of their own, they can keep their vouchers as their home or if their was any special contract of the kind supposed the mother would have rights in the house of the employer. The attention of Col Morse is directed to the fact that he presents a suppositions case which can not in its present shape receive attention at these Head Quarters.
