Respectfully returned to Brig: Genl. O. Brown, Asst. Comr. Va., with the report that the within named woman can come down under care of the Express but I cannot secure information as regards to their charge. They say it will be light - and the arrangements must be made at the Station of departure - Dublin, with the agent there. On further thought I am of the opinion that she could come alone safely if once placed in the cars - notice being given of her coming in advance.
