Respectfully returned to Bvt. Lieut. Col. James Johnson S.A.C. with the information that the records of the Stafford County Court were destroyed during the war. I cannot ascertain whether or not the administration filed an account of the Estate with will annexed. Mr. John H. Suttles has the money of Harris Banks in his hands. He promised to make a full statement of the case to me, but has not done so.
