Respectfully returned to Asst. Comr. Bu. &c. Richmond, Va. (thro. Bur. Hd: Qrs:) with information that the within named child is still living at No. 144 North Eutaw St. Baltimore, Md. with a relation of Mrs. George M. Edwards.
The child is apparently well provided for ad desires to remain where she is.
Mrs. Borgs with whom the child is living makes no objection to giving her up (if the mother wishes it) but would like to retain her as she is industrious, and well liked. The mother can obtain information any time by addressing Mrs. Edwards, at No. 144 North Eutaw St. Baltimore Md.

The building known as the Chesapeake Female College was not occupied by the Bureau during the time one half of said property was under my charge, viz: from April 1st 1866 to July 18th 1867. -
During a portion of the summer of 1866 my family occupied six rooms in said building.
At no time during the period charged for, was more than a sixth part of said building occupied by any person or persons and the loyal owners through their reputed representative Mr. Raymond, were always in possession of one half of the estate.
