Respectfully returned to Lt. P.R. Hambrick, Actg: S.A.C. with the information that diligent search has been made for the within named boy but I find it a difficult matter to ascertain his whereabouts. His relations with whom he has been living have moved and their whereabouts are unknown to me. The boy Archie was seen on Broad Street some two weeks since but nothing more definite pertaining to his discovery or present location is known. I will make every enquiry possible and cause notices to be reread in the churches and should I succeed in finding the boy will communicate the fact.
