Respectfully forwarded the    to which reference was made in communication from this Officer dated May 18th 1866 might be rendered suitable for a "Pest-House" if removed to and rebuilt on the point indicated within If the application is granted it is respectfully  recommended that no further action be taken until the work of removing and rebuilding the Asylum buildings has been completed in order to see what material if any be left on Hand whereupon the necessary plan for removing and  rebuilding Pest House might be submitted
