Respectfully returned [[strikethrough]] to Lt [[/strikethrough]] Three copies of "Report of Civilian Employees" will be made by Capt White on the last day of each month; one copy retained one forwarded to Capt Rainals Sub Com of the Dist and one to this Office   

It is not necessary that this report be consolidated at Meridian office.

the inquiry made by the A.S.C. was entirely uncalled for, for it is unnecessary to inquire whether it be necessary (strikethrough)for (strikethrough) on the part of a subordinate to obey the orders of his Superior Officer. Lt. White had been instructed by Capt. Rainals the Sub. Comr of the Dist. to furnish the (within) reports referred to. Besides the reports required from Lt. White at this office-School reports [[Con?]] Ration Reports & Report of Civilian Employees he will in future transmit all

official communications relative to his duties as A.S.C. through this office.
Non-compliance herewith will be considered as disobedience of orders and reported as such.
