[[strikethrough]] Collector's Office, [[/strikethrough]]April 25th 1874

Lieut. J.K. Hyer
Disburing Officer, Columbia

Sir:
Ned Seabrook, formerly of Comp. "K" 21st U.S.C.T. Capt. C. Silva, states that he put his discharge paper in the hands of Capt. H.V. Storhouse, a claim agent in this city, some three or four years ago, for the purpose of procuring his Bounty, &c. and has not heard a word about his case since. He enlisted in 1865, in Charleston, and received some bounty, but is unable to give the amount, I dare say it was one hundred dollars. Can you inform him how to proceed, and what Bounty he is entitled to. His address is Pine Barren (Whaley's) Edisto Island. He requested me to write you.

Very Respectfully
R.H. Willoughby
