Occupation Laborer Eyes Bl Hair Bl Complexion Bl Height 5 feet 5 inches. John [[strikthrough]] Discharged [[/strikethrough]], or died at Baltimore, Md. in Hospital on the day of January, 1865 Commanding Officer First Sergeant Henry and Samuel Moody Enlisted about the same time and place. REMARKS. John was a slave of William Moody Logan Co. Ky. when he enlisted. Mary belonged to Noll Porter, Butler Co., Ky. at that time. Witnesses on app'n Samuel Moody and Jeston Clark. J. M.
