Rainy day. Margaret Pollard came to the Stearnes, in 1887.

Sunny day. The Parsons called, in the after-noon. Mrs. Greene went, at about noon, I think. My papa cast his face in plaster, in the evening. In 1887 we left the Stearns's, for Woodstock, very soon after breakfast. It was a sunny day, -- at least it was sunny when we started.

Sunny most of the time in the morning. In the after-noon my papa went hunting with Mr Parsons, who brought a little white pony with him

which he left tied near the house. It was cold and windy in the P.M.

My papa, Gerald, and I, started to walk to the Pumpellys, in the P.M. Sunny day, I think.

Miss Hecker spent the morning with us. I drew a picture of Aias. In the after-noon I posed for my papa. Miss Hecker and Miss Kane had supper with us.
