Took lunch with Miller at Merchant's Club.  He asked my advice about servicable place to locate their fibre business.
In the evening showed samples of Bakalite to Wallerstein.
Went to see Schweitzer at his office to inquire about address of Moffet for taking out european patents.
Got check $500 from T. L. Seligsberg.
Nov 9.  Worked all day in laboratory. Oppenheimer came in.  I told him about my intention of using Bakalite for Billiard

Nov 10.  A foggy rainy unpleasant Sunday morning.
Thurlow sent up samples of Bakalite Cork yesterday to Armstrong Cork Company and I wrote them a letter today giving explanations as to composition, degree of compression and sp. gr. 
Letter was addressed to Mr. Quigley.

Nov 11.  Worked in lab. all day. In the evening fetched Celine from station, power of trolley cars had stopped.
Wrote letter to Townsend to shorten my patent claims.
