Nov. 15.  Went to New York saw Prof. Woolson who gave me results of tests on Bakalized wood.  [[underscore]] Gave ball to Mali to see whether billard balls can be turned out of Bakalite [[end underscore]]
Spent afternoon at office of D&T. Co. writing letters. Charge 1/2 day

Consultation with Sperry whether compound anode with Bakalite graphite is possible.  I told to Sperry that Bakalite is made with Formaldehyde and Phenol

Fine weather, beautiful moon light.  Stone read paper on "Railroad and the Public" good paper, fair presentation of both sides.  C.F. Cox treasurer of the V.d. Belt railroad system started the discussion Then Dr. Tilsley and Hitchcock and Hageman. were present as guests.  Brown president of Board of Health in Yonkers and a certain Mr. Thayer of New York.  Jenks, Williams, Loomis, and Kelman were present all.  A very interesting and agreeable evening
