Nov 17.

Nov 18.  Revised my specification and sent them off by registered mail
Nov 19  Worked morning on Bakalite solutions for Niagara Falls. charge 1/2 day for diaphragms sent it off by express.  Afternoon worked over results of strength tests of wood impregnation

Nov 20 Mailed the specification for Patent for wood impregnation with Sulphite liqour. Stopped [[strikethrough]]at[[strikethrough]] evening at Eichmann's where I left copy of my book.
Nov 21  Worked over results of strength tests of impregnated wood.  Mailed several of my books.  Went to Hastings Pavement Co. to make some

crushing tests.  Drizzling rain made tests.  Mr. Hemsheet Whitney helps me.  tests very satisfactory gave copy of book to Mandel when returning home.

Nov 22. Friday. Gave back seven volumes to Ingersoll.  Charge half day Dev. & Funding Co. correspondence etc.

Took supper at Toch's.  Chemist's Club meeting a paper on Viscose silt.  I mentioned the fact that [[strikethrough]]on my adv [[/strikethrough]] more than a year ago I saw probability of making oxycellulose digest by herbivores. and that Mandel on my request had done the experiment reported it digests.  Oxycellulose was made by heating purified saw dust will HcL and drying the oxycellulose thus obtained
