Same afternoon Seabury came here for Boonton Rubber Co to confer about using Bakalite showed him samples and referred
him to Thurlow who will make further appointment. He seemed
very much impressed with the possibilities of Bakalite for their
enterprise.

Jan 8. Spent all day reworking english specification for Canadian & english patents then sent it off to Townsend

Jan. 9. Worked in study room. all day
Jan 10 (Friday) Went to N.Y. office of D & F. Co stayed from 10 1/2 to 12. Then at 3 went to confer with Albert Hooker at Knickerbocker hotel where I remained until 6.P.M.
charge 1/2 day.

At noon [[strikethrough]] took [[/strikethrough]] went to register patent application at Hungarian consulate. Then I sent letter to Meffert for German, Austrian and Hungarian patents. Took lunch with Evans and Dr. Foster. Evening took dinner with Am.Chem.Soc. at Savoy. Came home after 11.P.M.
Jan 11. All day remained in laboratory with Seabury of Boonton Rubber Co showed him how to use Bakalite then gave him samples to try himself.
