Dear Sir,
I have received the Philad'a circular which you had sent to me and I am much obliged thereby.
I shall be at the offices of the General Committee, in the Stewart Building, No 251 Broadway, every Tuesday and Friday at 2 o'clk.
At other times I may be found at No. 138 W. 55th St.
I shall now purpose a draft of a circular and submit it to Mr. Ford and when we have covered all the points we know of I will send it to you or
