Conference with Dr. Gibbs relative to the formation of an atlas (Physical)of the N. American continent - submitted a plan - will confer with Col Abbott as to the execution of the maps-
Examined with the architect and Mr De Beust who is about to learn all the drains and pipes of the building. Gave directions to have a better system of conduction of the water from the roof. Architect reports that the [[caret]] inner beams will be ready for use in 2 weeks
