2960 Heliconia latispatha - plants averaging 2 m tall - infloresceses erect - Bracts set at angles to one another on the undulant rachis - bracts slender - boat shaped - coriaceous - red - with a yellowish area near the point of attachment to the rachis. Flowers greenish yellow with green margins to the petals.  (1)
2961 - Heliconia - "straminea" averaging 2 m - but as much as 3 & as little as 1 1/4 under some circumstances. Infloresceces. Erect, the bracts slender - closely imbricating.  Bracts ^straw^ yellow, with a greenish tinge in the middle area. Flowers straw yellow, tipped dark green - (5)

2962 - Liliaceae - herb common to Rockey exposed Hilltop - clumps with strip like leaves 2/4 m tall - laxly arching. Inflorsceces weak procumbent.  Fls. white, small - with yellow coherent stamens. (5)
