H J Franklin is the person that described the bee and noted that it was a homotype - there's no confirmation he's the collector of the bee in the collecting note that I can see so I've changed the collector information back to a blank value. Ok. I've added "Not stated" (following Entomology instructions] and included spaces in the Verbatim Date as was written and to enable it to be appropriately searched.
