3589 and 3554-77 are the same species. The species name - sticticalis - is clear; however, I cannot determine the genus. Also, even though some letters are more clear in one version or another, per instructions, I did not change the text to make them match; rather, I transcribed as seemed appropriate. "Acontia angustipennus" (line 3508) may be a misspelling of "Acontia angustipennis".
