with raised brass old eng roman figures and special brass hands as per sketch sent in. figs and hands to be polished bright and lacquered movt ftd to bracket all complete with a bright brass wreath made proper size so that it will cover up crack around dial. Dial is to be flush with front of panel and to be fastened to movement- door to be made in panel 23 1/4" below cen of dial- for regulating + starting
Dial plate is to be colored like office sample #3
