Transcription Notes:
It looks like in Peru the second order admin division is Region, followed by Province, so despite the third order division being "province" I think it should go in the COunty/district field, and the Region in the state/province field ... @VLeachman: Disagree. As per Geonames.org - the Provincia (Province) is the Second-order administrative division (aka second political division) and the District is the third-order administrative division. So the Region in Peru (in this case Ancash) shouldn't be entered. sb: disagree: Using the U.S. as an example- geonames.org calls the State the 1st order, the county the 2nd order - while these transcription instructions call the State the second order (because they consider the country the first) - so a region is comparable to the U.S. State. lh: Region, province, district. Ancash, Huaraz, not stated. "Huaraz" here might refer to the city or the province. If the city, there are two possible districts. If the province, there are many possible districts.
