The body was ray shaped with a broad (3 to 5 in) flap all around it with no notch & wider behind. A careful search revealed no ossicles. 
The intestines contained long milk white coils apparently part of the organism 
also some cylindrical pallucid yellow things looking like intestinal worms.
Preserve these, also the jaws, the radula was lost and one of the suckers (no 102/754)
Get a few [[insertion]] 103 - [[/insertion]] shells and some sandpipers (nos. 105 - 109)
Oct. 25. Dredge in the P.M. get a good lot of shells but notice the absence everywhere of the smaller species. Preserve most of them in alcohol nos 113 - 132.
