The old Stone school house lookes very natural. Found that I had a correct idea of the lay of the country & where some of the neighbors lived & fields, roads & fences,
Jim Taylor & his wife Mary & 2 girls Lotty & Maud were at Uncle Wills.
Lute & Alice & Maggie were all strangers to me, but were soon acquainted.
I like Lutes children Maud is about 10 Matie & Clarance a few years younger "Bobby" can just talk
Her name is Minnie

Went down where old house used to be.
Buildings are all gone but the place looks very natural.
George Martin's woods are just as they used to be. Part of the dam is there, pond all down, old springs dried up. The old Smoke house is the only building left. Some of the apple trees are still alive.
The ponds & old fences look natural
Went over to Lutes to dinner & over to Bert Halls after.
Rained some most all day
