The Entomology folk of the Smithsonian in the #WeDigBio sessions have asked that when transcribing a gap be put between initials of the collector. That when filling in the District/county box only the name of the county needs to be put in (ie dont need "county" "co.") and that the Other Number box should be filled with just the number (ie no "No.") HOWEVER before they load the data into the system if any of these things ARE transcribed they have an algorythem that takes them out - so you don't have to open to edit these when reviewing. -@siobhanleachman
