stuff worked in gold by Marie Antoinette which is really beautiful and must have taken years to do. They also show you a coat wore by some archbishop when he was murdered in the French revelution.  You can see the stains of his blood, and the hole where the bullet passed; and the bullet its self.  All these things and many others are very interesting indeed, and gave me the desire to read something about the French revelution.
  
As we had plenty of time when we got out of the church, we walked a little ways and found ourselves in the midst

of a flower market.  It was very picturesque, I don't think I have ever seen one before.  The long stall with nothing but flowers of all kinds was indeed a pretty sight.  If you want to buy something, you ask the prise, then you say that is too much.  They put it down a little, then you say let me have it for, well a good deal less.  They will it is almost sure.  I bought a plant, then took a carriage and drove home. 

I had a very nice walk in the street the first part of the afternoon, and afterwards enjoyed a drive in the Bois.  There
