Cold rainy day. I stayed at home all afternoon, painting pictures, pumping my bike and doing things. It snowed last night.

  Gee there was quite a little flood. The pond in front of Bodman's has made it's record about 10 inches higher. The brook rose about 4 ft and overflowed all along ^[[insertion]] its banks [[/insertion]] making large ponds all along. Beside Bodman's there was a lake and a dashing current. 
  Lloyd and Winton came down and we looked at the brook. It went down 2 ft in the afternoon. We went up to Goodrich's and Lloyd threw [[overwrites "through"]] the baseball softly at Winton and by mistake [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] gave him a noisy peeper. His mother called him in. I came home and played with Jut in the quicksand. Lamby went up to his shoetops by mistake ^[[insertion]] in it [[/insertion]].
