Anna Sellers came to see us this morning, and Lydia & again after dinner  Emma went with her to Stewarts at Morristown to stay until Monday. 
Matilda and Miss Clayton came this afternoon. 
Mary and I spent the evening with her at the Washington Hotel chestnut St.

[[underline]] Sunday 27. [[/underline]] I walked out a few squares and become so much exhausted with pain in my chest that I made my way home, I set out with the intention of going James Peales, but couldnot go so far.

[[underline]] Monday 28. [[/underline]] I painted all the morning on N 107  A Landscape sketched on the canvas the day before I left home for Mr. Towers I put in the sky today, and leave it to get my second lesson from Mr. Moran.  Lydia & Emma came from Norristown today at 2 oclock. Emma Griscom called this afternoon, William Patterson also called. got this evening lamp shade and 2 glasses.

[[underline]] Tuesday 29. [[/underline]] I painted all the morning on N. 108. Burd came this morning and Edward soon after him.  Lydia went this morning to Morristown on her way home. 
William Patterson called this morning.
Charles called and went with me to the tailors to engage a vest & pants.
Soon after dinner Mary and I went to Mr. Hubley's in West Phila. 2 doors above 37th street in Chesnut Street.

[[underline]] Wednesday 30th. [[/underline]] I painted all the morning on N. 108. Anna Sellers called this morning and in the afternoon brought Mr. Leed to see my pictures he being very fond of pictures. Miss Richards and Louesia came this afternoon 
Anna Sellers brought a copey of a water scene from one of Moran painted by her.
