[[underline]] August 16, 1914 Sunday. [[/underline]]

I worked at the room, and at about 9 o'clock took a car for Košíře, and then walked to Stodůlky. I passed south of Bilá Hora, and almost due S. from the dry slopes painted with the purple-flower "vřes", - this color is so pronounced that later this [[tint?]] was distinct when the side was viewed from Bilá Hora.
As I approached Stodůlky from the East, I took a photo, - 29. At the first house I saw a woman and some men threshing wheat with flails ("cepy"), and took photo 5.

On the way to the main village of Stodůlky I took a photo (30) of the new school, - "Jubilýní obecná škola". On the south side, there is a tablet (large) in wall with inscription:
Bohn: vlasti: králi.
L.P. 1908.
I then called on Rev. Augustin Krěmář,
