Prado all day. Tomorrow another fiesta and we had to put everything away. Gee it makes me sick. Nobody works anyway and holiday's they look for a bull fight.
Worked on the little girl.

Corpus Christi today and we took a long walk this A.M. out to the edge of town and long the other side of the river. Got caught once in the rain but it cleared away and it was fine along the river. Found lots of poppies and little dandylions with the underside of the petals pink.
There was to be a grand parade and our street was full of soldiers with a band playing opposite our house but it rained some and I guess Corpus Christi must have got wet or something at any rate he didn't come along and the parade was called off. We hung the floor mats out on the balcony and had a corpus of our own. After dinner we all went to the finest theatre and Hall smoked a [[underlined]] cigar [[/underlined]] and we had to carry him home it made him so sick.
Worked awhile on the little girl.
