In the evening we were rather tired of sitting around so we went to the Palace to a movie. On Sunday they have only one showing - 8:30 - so that people can go to church before they go to the movie. We saw "Tudor Rose" or what is know in the U.S. as "Nine Days a Queen". It was good, but just a little too heart rending.
Monday Jan 25.
Dick went to town in the morning. I stayed home. It seems all we are doing is marking time until Ed gets here.
