Wea.     THUR. JAN. 27, 1927     Ther.
2 above zero - A took boat to post office - I ironed.  Got out most of my paintings & varnished them.  Dinner - roast pork - very good both walked to Huntington.  Returned book to Library, photograph to drug store, got L, & had wine in Italian veg. store.  Back & did a few chores.  A varnished Sea Guls.  Counted up have $667.22, & 2.00 owing.  Got 1/2 ton coal in.

Wea.     FRIDAY 28     Ther.
A to New York, took Pic Review drawing in, No S[[?]] liked it.  A to ^[[meet Harry Pidgeon]] Motor Boat show, met Davidson had lunch with him down town.  I painted all day.

Wea.     SAT. JAN. 29, 1927     Ther.
I in bed all day awful headache, A to Huntington twice, & did all chores.  A sand papered & varnished 3 frames, the 3 "music" paintings - they look beautiful.  A paid Electric light bill & coal bill, sent check to Montross.

Wea.     SUNDAY 30     Ther.
Rained hard.  Read papers & magazines - played boat - A made new [[strikethrough]] scale [[/strikethrough]] drawings to scale of boat.  [[strikethrough]] I sent order to Hatfild for paint.  In afternoon & eve.  I wrote to Mary, & Neely, & A wrote to Mary, Neely, Mrs Eddy & Mother & Robert. [[/strikethrough]]
