A to Huntington got more frame stuff - copper & brass. Made 3 frames in P.M. Both very tired & to bed at 7. Wea. SUNDAY 23 Ther. [[strikethrough]] In to dock at 8.30 A.M. OCT. 24, 1927 Ther. I painted - no good. A to Huntington for more frame material. Made 2 frames. Wea. TUESDAY 25 Ther. A painting - 2 letters from Mother I washed hair in morning, to Huntington in P.M. brought back Chop Suey. A called up Scribner's, they had to rush Marquis story - no illustrations - said they'd send something soon.
