SEPTEMBER TUESDAY-14 (S) Posed for Scribners story, Holly & Hank down in their little boat. Everything well with them. Posed more, lovely & back to Halesite. I to Huntington, met Edie Dusinberrie there. Took taxi back, A to Tony's, I here 1 gal. Supper late & to bed. WEDNESDAY-15 Up & hurried to fix boat up, A to Johnny Georges, lots of vegeatables. To North Port at 10.A.M. Brisk, bright day. Tied to barge there. Left at quarter to 1 & were tied up at mooring in Halesite at 2 P.M. All lay down for while, Eddie Holly in. Supper, phonograph & to bed. Holly & Hank back to N.Y. [[end page]] [[start page]] SEPTEMBER THURSDAY-16 Edie left at 8.15 this A.M. I not doing much, A making more layouts for Scribner's story.
