Wea. FRI. JUNE 15, 1928 Ther. Still pretty tired. Did things needing it on boat. A up to Halesite. Both took naps in P.M. A did work & took bath in row boat full of water. Wea. SATURDAY 16 Ther. Both up to Halesite in dink. A gay little letter from Mother who is evidently do well. N ice letter from A's mother. I to Huntington marketing. Back loaded up with gas, ice & water & back to lower mooring. ^[[insert in margin]] I [[also?]] brought gas.[[/insert in margin]] A got board for new pastel & started it in P.M. while I lay on beach. Irene & J in down in even. A telephoned [[Kathleen?]] [[they?]] may come tomorrow. [[end page]] [[start page]] Wea. SUN. JUNE 17, 1928 Ther. Cleaned boat up well, fixed deviled eggs for cold lunch but Eddy's did not come. I sitting out writing up 2 weeks diary. Chub & family & 2 school teachers stopped. Back to Halesite in early evening. Wea. MONDAY 18 Ther. Rain. I to Huntington, got purse for Mrs. Partridge (Mother's nurse). A working on boat. I wrote to Mother.
