Cephalopoda, Oct. 5, 1982. [[circled]] 3 [[/circled]]

aid Cove. A finds another Cuttle apparently single adult [[male symbol]] (territorial? breeding?) Apparently same species seen before ca. 60 ft down. Actually not very far from North Point Cuttle (perhaps 100-150 ft away).

Apparently alone. Not very active.

Lizard Island

A looks at Mermaid Cove Cuttle again. Less wind today. But animal still not very active.

Transcription Notes:
the hyphenated word at the end of pg. 2 must be Merm- as in Mermaid Cove. Seeing the way the number 5 is written I think the note of a 40 foot dive on a previous page should be fifty foot. I missed on correcting it & remembered it now.
