The petition of Rebecca Williams, Wilford W. Williams Jane Williams, Willis Williams, William Williams, and Samuel Williams, minors who sue by their uncle and next friend Wilford Williams all residents in the State of Louisiana against William G. Lacy of the County of Cherokee and William Watson of the County of Houston in the State of Texas. To the judge of the 9th Judicial District of the State of Texas, presiding for Houston County. Your petitioners Rebecca, Wilford W. Jane, Willis, William & Samuel Williams, minors without a regular guardian in this State, who sue by their uncle and next friend Wilford Williams, would shew to your honor, that some years since their father Willis Williams departed this life leaving a will wherein John J.
