Arthur worked on frames, and up to Abrahms to see about lumber. I fixed over Abercrombi coat made it button up warmer than ever, pressed it. Cut out silk blouse.
In afternoon both to Huntington. I got tam.
Arthur ordered lumber for boarding up door way.
Too dark to paint.
Letter from Mother about birthday in P.M. mail.
I wrote long letter full of gossip to [[underlined]] Davidsons. [[/underlined]]

Saturday OCTOBER 25
Arthur sanded off big pand - swell - Cut up beaver board for small ones. I painted all day on Veneer & Grapes and finished it. Still like it more than anything I've done.
Arthur popping in & out tying up boats - telephoning owners, and all that.
