Saturday  MARCH 4
Arthur to Huntington - met Mr. Munro in Patsys, spoke of "Emily Dickinson Face to Face,"  Mr. Munro said he married Same Bowls ^[[son of and]] in the house of the Sam Bowls who was the Dickinsons' great friend.
I washed ties, gloves, swept place.  Both over to P.O. and listened to Franklin Roosevelt's inauguration speech - very fine.
Arthur to Huntington again in P.M. a regular gad about via truck.
A moratorium on Banks declared all over country - No banks working.

Sunday  MARCH 5  Cold - Wind -
Arthur typed copies of Dr. Hay's food charts for Mother and selves.  He mailed Dottie the one we sent for, with little note, and Mother's, also with note.  He made lists of his paintings for Stieglitz and self.  Invented and made ^[[gum]] paper dampener of tin box, tin can, and wood package holder - I did nothing at all -
