I sewed, got things ready to leave.  Arthur fixing truck - this & that.

Friday  MARCH 17
I to N.Y. on 10.05  Called Louise from station & there she was, had called Arthur & apt. ours.  Asked me to dinner.  Then to Gallery, saw the beautiful O'Keeffe show.  Had & listened to talk with Stieglitz.  Mr. Klurman there - Theatre Group.  I called Arthur, he said he'd be in Sat. morning.  I  to Louise's awfully nice place, had bath.  Arthur called up.  Met Lane, also very nice.  They left for Conn. right after dinner, & Elizabeth called up, asked me to come up & go to Vedonta Society which I did, Davidson took me back to apt.  Enjoyed the place, very quiet.
