Dottie & I talked. A telegram from Epsie Morse inviting us all there for the week end. Dottie & I to Mr Troutman's to telephone our regrets. Dottie purchased lovely chrysanthemums and a rare plant called Rhoeo Discolor Hansce - In afternoon, Dorothy & Paul here - In evening all to roller skating rink. First (always the pioneer) Arthur got on them, then Paul, then I. Such a sensation, as Arthur said, "The whole world slides from under you." Stopped in for coffee & buttermilk & home to bed.
