90° Great humidity. Letter from Nebel.
Arthur to O'Briens to sign papers on [[?]] Optical works. To see Mrs. Hyna - Mr. Lungo offers $11000 for 512 - x Rappelee offers $20,000 - Block.
My eyes a sight - swollen & deep red corners -
Sent sweater directions to Mary III Mrs. Hyna telephoned - Arthur there again at 1 P.M.
About 2 weeks spent on "prices" nothing accomplished yet.
In afternoon Arthur met Fitzgerald in Marions - had long talk. He said he'd rather take $12,000 for 512 than $24,000 for Block.
